A lightweight macOS utility that lives in your menu bar and answers to global hotkeys. No Dock icon, no account, no subscription. Built by one developer for the work he does every day.
Rewrites your last word in another layout. ghbdtn → привет.
1–10 words → 11 cased variants for code (camelCase, snake, kebab, dot, Title…). Numbered for ⌘1–9 instant insert. Tab cycles synonyms. 11+ words auto-falls-through to direct translate.
Plain translation between 28 configurable languages, any selection length. Source language auto-detected on-device via Apple NaturalLanguage (~50 langs); Google fallback when in doubt.
Text, files, images. Search, pin, paste with ⌘1–9, optional iCloud sync.
25/5-minute sessions in the menu bar. Optional Do Not Disturb via Shortcuts.
CSPRNG. Three delivery modes: popup, type into the active field, or concealed copy.
Short triggers expand to full strings. s@e → support@example.com. Multiline supported.
25 one-shot transforms: hashes, Base64, URL, JSON, case, ROT13, Unix↔ISO8601, counts.
+ Plus the Hotkey HUD — hold ⌃⇧H anywhere to see every shortcut floating over your desktop. → see Hotkeys
Locks every key so you can wipe the keyboard without typing junk. Full-screen overlay; three ways to unlock — button, hold ⎋ for 3 s, or auto-timer (1–60 min).
Three independent toggles — trackpad, mouse, Magic Mouse. macOS only gives you one global natural-scroll switch; this lets you flip one without touching the others. Doesn't change System Settings.
Hidden Bar-style. ⌘-drag the icons you want hidden between the chevron and the dot, click the chevron to push them off-screen. Optional auto-collapse 0–300 s. Opt-in by default.
Keep the display and system awake. Pick specific apps and Caffeine stays on automatically whenever any of them is the active app. The ⌃⇧K hotkey and the menu-bar menu toggle a global Caffeine that works everywhere — indefinite by default, or auto-stop after 15 min / 30 min / 1 / 2 / 4 / 8 h as a safety net. EIDevTools' menu-bar icon tints orange while it's active.
Cut files in Finder with ⌘X and paste with ⌘V to move them — just like Windows, no more ⌥⌘V dance. Works across Finder windows.
+ Each has its own enable toggle and reassignable hotkey in Settings → Bonus. All ship on by default — except the menu bar hider, which is opt-in.
Select 1–5 words in your code editor, hit ⌃⇧X — 11 cased variants with synonyms. Tab to cycle.
Everything you copied, instantly searchable. Pin what matters. ⌘1–9 to paste by index.
Searchable dropdown of 25 transforms. Preview updates as you pick.
Twenty-five minute focus, five minute break, repeat. The menu-bar dropdown shows the ring and the session count; Do Not Disturb engages automatically.
Reassignable in Settings. Hold ⌃⇧H any time for the cheat-sheet HUD — try the simulator on the right.

Translator queries to Google Translate API. No accounts, no identifiers, no headers about you.
Password fields and clipboards marked "concealed" by 1Password, KeePassXC or our own generator.
Pick a format. After install, grant two permissions: Accessibility (read selected text and switch layouts) and Input Monitoring (catch global hotkeys).
The build isn't signed with an Apple Developer ID certificate and isn't notarized, so Gatekeeper blocks it on first launch. This is normal and clears in under a minute — pick whichever method you prefer.
EIDevTools-1.2.7.dmg.EIDevTools-1.2.7.zip (double-click)./Applications.xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/EIDevTools.app
This removes the "downloaded from the internet" quarantine flag that triggers the Gatekeeper block. Double-click launches the app immediately afterwards.
One-time only. After this the app launches with a normal double-click.
